Queues question - 2 Agents, only one on the phone at a time.

Here is the scenario. Two extensions in the queue agent list (101 & 102). Call comes in to queue and ext. 101 grabs the call. I don't want the next caller in the queue to ring ext. 102. I want that caller to remain in the queue until both extensions are off the phone. In essence, I want both extensions to be able to answer queue calls but only one agent on the phone at a time.

It would be nice to just sent queue callers to a ring group to accomplish this, but that doesn't appear to be possible. Anyone know best way to handle this?
 
Looks like you can accomplish this functionality with the Yealink w60b.
