It would seem that certain callers are sending their CID/number starting with 11 (ex. 112074xxxxxx) and if you try to call back and you have to dial 9 to get out you end up calling 911.
I was also playing around with prankdial.com and saw that they also send the caller ID starting 11.
Could this be added by the Caller's system or the Telco company?
