Record All Incoming Outgoing calls.

Hi there im trying to record all incoming and outgoing calls for my system and i have a couple of cuestions, wonder if you can help me out.

1.- Im setting it up this way, Goto Extensions> open an extension > Recording Options> Record Incomin/Outgoing and choose Always.

This is the correct way?

2.- Is there a way to do it all extension at one time.?

3.- After call start to record where do i find all calls that have been recorded?
