I have a PIAF system version 2.11.0.42 and at some point in the last few weeks when we try to access the call recordings or voicemail part it gets to the log in part, after that it just loads blank page. I have tried using different browsers, reinstalling the ARI module, the user panel module but no luck.
Any suggestions how to fix this please. The link we usually go to is http://serverip/recordings
