Regarding silence after picking the calls

Hi,

I have been using FOP2 Panel to initiate the call to my mobile number..everything is fine when I use the trunk provider IPage..But I changed the provider to breezecom and in approximately 10% of the calls , after answering my mobile I am hearing nothing...no voice..only silence...Tech people at breezecom asked me to add their Ip address to my Ip tables and I did the same but that does not solve the problem..

My Peer details in outgoing setting in trunk is

host=208.43.111.234
port=5060
qualify=yes
type=friend

It is ipbased authentication without need for username and password


Do I have to add something else..Is the problem is from my side or breezecom server side..
