Releasing a call transfered to outside?

Is it possible with a transfert or a Follow-Me, to release the call after the communication have been established like the DISA does?
Here is a DISA call log, you see at the end of the log, that the trunk is requesting for a transfert and after all, i still got the communication but it is release from my PBX ??

Speedy2K you did not sanitize your code snippet.

Are you using VOIP.ms extensions? Just not sure how this would work otherwise.

No this is a account i got at VOIP.MS, a normal peer, When i got into my PBX with the DISA and make an outgoing call that use the same trunk as the incoming, it automaticaly bridge the call and release it. I would like the Follow-Me and Transfert to do the same!
