Hi I have a system that has been up and running for over 1 year. Suddenly my remote phones no longer have audio either way. I noticed that the ip of the remote phones is showing up as my firewall lan inerface ip (my pbx gateway), and not the actual remote ip address.
here is a copy of tcpdump for one of the remote extensions (xxx used to hide some detail):
05:24:04.294045 IP (tos 0x60, ttl 64, id 735, offset 0, flags [none], proto: UDP (17), length: 543) 10.10.11.118.sip > 10.10.11.1.20174: SIP, length: 515
OPTIONS sip:[email protected]:20174 SIP/2.0

Any help would be really appreciated.
