Over the past week, we've had a couple of users with which the onboarding process hasn't been the easiest or smoothest to say, with one going as far as calling our service a few not-so-nice-words since they couldn't login to webmin, (ref: https://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1926813)
I'm curious what we could do better to improve the onboarding process to make / ease down the few edge cases when setting up IncrediblePBX on our platform?
or say, what we could have done better during the time when you signed up at our site
