Restore using Mondo fails

I have a two test boxes with identical hardware, and this my first time playing with Mondo. Followed the guide from http://www.pbxinaflash-scripts.com and performed a backup on a fresh 1.5b installed system. Burned the ISO to disk (the mondo one, not the emergency boot one) and booted on the second system, which is identical. It booted, and then segfaulted when partitioning the drive. Repeated the process three times. Can anyone who is more familiar than I with Mondo and PBIAF point me in the right direction? System specs are as follows:

PBIAF 1.5b ISO used to install
Intel Atom 330 board (flashed with latest BIOS)
2gb Crucial Memory
WD 250gb RE2 drive
Using a Plextor USB CDROM drive
