I am looking to allow a user access to only the CDR report and know how to do that part.
What I am missing (if possible) is the ability to limit what they can search, download or listen to.
Goal: Allow one user access to run reports (how many sales calls last week by particular DID, links to listen or download the call recordings for training/feedback) e.g. this person has full search access to extensions 2 through 49
BUT - NO access to the call history or recordings for extension 1 (CEO)
The UCP gives me almost what I need, but no ability to search in a date range (how many calls last week?)
