TIPS Ring Group Fails

installing now and next problem.

ring groups does not seem to work

added 2 extensions to ring group
inbound calls work
when inbound route is set to 1 of the extensions calls come thru
when inbound route set to ring group no call come thru

I don't know if all these problems are normal or if they are caused by my vps
This is taking to much time now getting something to work.

Please post call logs and screenshots of your Ring Group and Inbound Routes. This is certainly not normal behavior.

Not sure if you're familiar with call logs since you're a "New Member", so just open SSH and run "asterisk -vvvr" and try to place a call in. Copy the output to Notepad or similar, edit out any private information (external DID numbers, passwords, etc. ) and paste it here in [ code ] [ /code ] blocks (without the spaces before/after coded).
