I've got my system setup well for the most part. A few questions remain.

I have a number with Vitelity that I'd like forwarded to my cell phone after a greeting is played from PIAF. I've gotten as far as the greeting being played, but how do I go forward it to my cell? And, secondary question, can I have the cell see the PBX (vitelity) number the person called, or will it have to see the call originators number?

Thanks for the help.

I assume when the call comes in on an inbound route, you are sending it to an announcement. So create a Misc Destination, putting your cell phone number in the Dial text field, then go back to the Announcement page and make that Misc Destination the destination after the Announcement is played.

To change the Caller ID you could probably use the third party Set CallerID module. So when the call comes in on an inbound route, you send it to a Set CallerID treatment first, then make the destination of that your Announcement, then make the destination of that your cell phone.

With the Set CallerID module you can put just about anything you want in the CallerID name OR number fields, within reason. I don't know if the DID would still exist in any variable by that point (maybe ${EXTEN} ???), but unless you have a boatload of DID's you could just make a separate Set CallerID treatment for each inbound DID, and put the DID in one of the fields manually - or use something even more descriptive than the DID in the name field, if you prefer.

This, of course, assumes that Vitelity will use the CID name and number you send, and that you don't have it set to override those values in the trunk configuration or anything like that.
