TRY THIS Route known junk callers straight to announcement

Maybe I'm missing something very obvious but I can't figure out how to setup a list to which I can add numbers I know which are routed directly to a junk announcement or a hangup.
I've tried adding the numbers into CID under inbound routing but this would become rather confusing as the list of junk numbers grows!
Thanks in advance for any advice :)
