I have a couple of numbers through a SIP provider - a 'regular' number and an 800 number. I would like to route the 'regular' number to one destination (a specific extension/voice mail) and the 800 number to another destination (a conference). I'm stuck....is there any way to do this?

It's all done on inbound routes

launch an inbound call while watching the Asterisk CLI, and it will tell you the number your carrier is calling.

Copy and paste the exact DID number delivered by the carrier into the DID field of inbound routes, and set the destination as you need.

Thanks Joe. The service is sending just the number, and I'd tried that, but I also had it entered in the Caller ID Number field and that was messing things up.
