I'm trying to solve this problem and have run out of ideas. I have a group of callers with special treatment, so calls from some 15 caller-ids will go to a special IVR. In order to do so, I had to create many incoming routes, one for each CLID. I might have to create another 10 or 15...
Is there a way to create a group of callers/CLID and create a single incoming route for that group, so it is not necesary to change the inbound route for each and every CLID?
or any other way of doing it?
I tried doing it with the phonebook and replacing the name with a single name for all those callers, but the incoming route would not route based on caller name, only on callerid number.
