Sangoma B600e Card

Hi Folks.

I am using a Sangoma B600e 4 port fxo and 1 port fxs card. Got it installed, drivers installed, and zaptel configured, but one problem.

Inbound works like a champ. Outbound works. However the fxo port show as unknown when calling another exension. It show up in the panel along with its name as well.


Below is how I have the specifics in freepbx. I did not find a freepbx config sheet, but it was easy to install and the Sangoma wiki was great for installing the drivers.

What is showing unknown? Is it showing unknown caller id when you make a POTS line call? Is it showing unknown on the extension when you call the FXS port on the phone or is it showing unknown when you dial another extension from the phone attached to the FXS port?

When the analog phone connected to the B600e calls an Asterisk 57i, the 57i's display unknown. I wouldhave throught it would say the extension # or name. It just seems lame to see Unkown as the caller.

Take a look at your CDR reports.
I use a TDM410P card and mine show up as:

6001 "Channel 1" <6001>123 which shows up on my 57i as 6001
6002 "Channel 2" <6002> 221 which shows up on my 57i as 6002

Never thought about renaming it cause I knew what it was.

You might have to do a custom cfg add.
