TIPS Simon Telephonic GV gateway keeps going offline

Hey all - got PBX in a flash 5 running w/ Simon Telephonic GV gateway going, but after an hour or more of not using the phone it goes offline and I have to log in through the Simon site and hit "online".

What's going on and how do I fix it? Thanks all!
 
Hi,

It means your PBX is not maintaining registration, or actively unregistering, and when incoming calls come to you and there's no route the gateway takes your account offline.

Check your config and logs to make sure you are maintaining a constant SIP registration.
 
Actually it looks like i had lost my destination for calls in inbound rules. This might have been because I had deleted my user/extension and it was the destination. After having set the destination up again it seems everything is happy. Thanks!
 
Ok so, resurrecting this thread, I am having issues again. I can log into the Simon Telephonic GV gateway and "online" the account, but it keeps going offline. I see this in the dashboard: Call or Registration to 26779802625@(Ln.10000@Generic SIP Trunk) has failed. 104.236.102.59 replied: 500 Server Internal Error; from IP:104.236.102.59:5060

Any thoughts?
