simultaneous calls coming in to Aastra 57i

How do you handle simultaneous calls coming into the 57i that is running the xml-scripts? What happens is this:

1st call comes in, receptionist answers and talks to caller
2nd call comes in, phone displays "Ignore" and "Answer"

There is no way to park the 1st call. You have to put them on hold, answer the 2nd call, park 2nd call, take 1st call off hold and then park 1st call. Long way around. Would like to be able to just park 1st call, THEN answer 2nd call, and 3rd, 4th, etc.

Depending how your phone is set up you either need to hit MORE on the bottom set of softkeys or program a Park button on the top row.

Aastra GUI

I change the Aastra GUI setting for "Switch UI Focus" this allows them to move the call without seeing the "Answer and Ignore" from the second caller.(I think it's under preferences)
