Simultaneous Incoming calls

Okay what happens when you have more calls coming in than you have trunks for? Say I am set up with VoicePulse and they allow for 4 sim/incomming channels, does the phone ring busy on the dialers end for incoming?

I think that will depend of the provider. I'd guess that the caller would get a busy tone.

I know that some providers will show 'channel congestion' reports so you can see if you need more channels for your DIDs
