Simultaneous registration in pbx and a2billing

I would like to know that context that calls for arming leave by a2billing and receive calls with the pbx did the same to be registered internally on both sides

example extencion 322 regitred in pbx receve call
extencion 322 registred in a2billing call 0034xxxxxxxxxxx

what I have in trixbox but not that way I can apply in this distribution because in this way I can manage IVR & extencion more easily
