I will confirm I know what the CallerID fees are.

Guessing still going to cheaper than FlowRoute, using them right now as my boss is wanting a call flooder to use on a spammer that keeps wasting his time.
FlowRoute seems to do well with sudden channel spikes and what I can set out going caller id to.

That is something I didn't know.
I noticed more CNAM lookups than incoming calls but I assume this is just something odd my with incoming calls.

If you don't need many incoming channels, I see many providers will offer a DID with 4 channels with unlimited inbound for a set price. Usually around $10 USD or less.
