Skype on PIAF purple with IncrediblePBX2

Hi all,

I have installed PIAF purple v1.7.5.7.1 and added incrediblePBX2. I ran update-scripts, update-fixes and update-source. Then I proceeded to following this guide (http://nerdvittles.com/index.php?p=784) to the "T". Everything went great, until I go to this part:

./skype &
cd /siptosis
./SipToSis_linux

when I ran "./skype &" I saw some messages saying no such folder, I assumed it might be normal so I proceeded with:

cd /siptosis
./SipToSis_linux

the SipToSis part worked fine. After all this I did run "echo "/root/skype-start" >> /etc/rc.d/rc.local" to add to startup. Then I rebooted my server.

Now, when logged into Skype on my PC, I don't see my server as online even though I set the Skype app on my server to show it's status online. When I call my skype account (dedicated) of my server, there's no answer, Skype history also says no answer. I even set my inbound any cid/did route to the IVR and still anothing.

I get the impression that when I rebooted it stopped working. I am puzzled and frustrated a little, any ideas???

Does anyone have Skype working? If so, please share your setup.

So, you said "no such folder". ./skype & is skype executable file not folder
Is it actually say "No such file or directory"?
I'm confused.

1. Skype start or not?
2. if not, where you run ./skype? at root or skype directory

You have to run ./skype at root/skype/skype_static-xxxx directory if you didn't create a symbol "skype" to it link in root/skype directory

I followed these instructions to the "T": http://nerdvittles.com/index.php?p=784

I did this:
cd /root/skype/skype_static-2.1.0.47
./skype

which puts me in the folder: /root/skype/skype_static-2.1.0.47

the next command the instructions mention are:

./skype &
cd /siptosis
./SipToSis_linux

so I ran those from the same folder as it didn't tell me to changer folders.

What guide did you follow? this one? http://nerdvittles.com/index.php?p=784 did you follow it exactly?

What PIAF and IncrediblePBX versions do you have?

when you get the levels screen, you can scroll to the right with the right arrow key.

Make sure your audio (speakers and mic) run flawlessly when you first run skype, before you proceed to the siptosis part.
