Question, when you receive an emailed voice message where do you change

Dial *98 to access your voicemail by phone.
Visit http://ampwebaddress/recordings/index.php to check your voicemail with a web browser.

To be your own server.

/etc/amportal.conf

use (nano -w) when you edit

The FreePBX config editor gives easy access to this file. No need for nano.

wouldnt you have to open up your system port 80 in order to accomplish this??? therefore creating a nasty huge hole for everyone and there brother to get into all kinds of trouble???

No, I only am using it for internal not the outside world. So no outside exposure.
