Sos Ip Connect Offline

everything was working fine but few hours ago it came up with this message and now i cant connect to the server remotely and ........ not sure how to fix this error ?
i called the cable company to check connectivity and they told be they can c modem but nothing beyond that
not sure if its cable or switch or ?

let me know if you have any input asap

UPDATE:

i manged to resolve that issue , my internet provided had changed the assigned static IP address
Once i updated IP address etc, it came back but its not the same system

I am missing all the extensions , in fact DAHDI and Extensions is greyed out and not clickable ,,

I tried to change some configuration but when i try to apply it i get the following error

another error i get is this , when i try to access some other otpions
