SPA-3102 Issues

I have a SPA-3102 on my hands that is being a bit strange. I am trying to use it remotely, but for whatever reason, it insists on sending its local IP to register with. I have the NAT settings in the config interface set but it will not register with its external IP. NAT Mapping and NAT Keep Alive Enable are both enabled. What do I need to change? I know it isn't an Asterisk issue because it *is* registering, but not with the right IP,

If it ain't acting right, factory reset the unit and upgrade its firmware. Other than that, my expertise is limited here... Perhaps entering in a STUN server would help.
