Superfecta caching from Vitelity CNAM

I just started using Vitelity CNAM with the hope that CID Superfecta would cache the results. This doesn't appear to be happening.

I am getting CNAM from Vitelity but when I check the MySQL dbase, I don't see the results (just the few entries prior to turning on CNAM with Vitelity).

I do have Superfect caching enabled (first entry), WP, YP, CanpagesCa, and finally Trunk Provided.

Is there a log I can check or watch to see what's happening?
