Am I mistaken in that Superfecta should use the XiVO phonebook as a CID source?
Superfecta seems to get no results, even though the only entry in the phonebook is the exact number as it appears in the logs.
Here's the superfecta log, if that helps.
I'm a novice at admining XiVO, but I'm a fast study. I just for the life of me can't figure out why CID doesn't see Phonebook entries, even when they appear at http://xivo-server-ip/asteridex4/
