Superfecta (n/a) problem

When a number comes in that is unavailable in any of the lookup sources in superfecta, it returns "(n/a)" without the quotes with as the name. Is there anyway to get this replaced with just the phone number. e.g.--my asterisk voicemail e-mails says"You received a message..in mailbox 509 from (N/A) on Tueday, June 1..." If I can't have the name, I'd at least prefer the number..
 
Probably the (n/a) is what is coming from your provider. I don't remember (n/a) being added by superfecta.

However, you can in the 'trunk provided' source enter the (n/a) to make sure that it will not stop the search.

When no name is associated with your channel, asterisk is putting the number in the clid name field.
