Switching GV setup rom Sipgate to IPKall

I am trying to move my GV setup from Sipgate to IPKall.
I tried to follow the directions in the original article, and I re-ran the configure-gv script (assuming it can be re-run).
Incoming calling seems to be working, but when I try to call out, it just plays the music on hold, and then says "Goodbye".
Can someone help me?

very carefully re-read the steps. it sounds like you have it set to hangup. which is fine but it means it is getting stuck in the wrong parking lot.

also from what Ward was saying the script should NOT be re-run.

check the contexts in the extensions_custom.conf and make sure that your username and password are correct as well as that your GV number is there as well as in the ringback it is set to the IPKall number.

and finally, make sure that your GV account has the correct phone number set for it to ring. basically that it is in your list of numbers.

but in short. trust me from my experience. slowly re-read the instructions. I almost missed it the first 2 times I did it.

How do I change it to not hangup?
And could it be that from IPKall, it shows up with a different caller ID?
