System at a complete crawl

so I came home to try a few things and was checking on the system and it is at a complete craw. 5+ minutes to do a amportal restart and still stuck on the stopping asterisk part.

cpu @ 70%
everything else looks ok!

any logs I should be looking at???

solved.. a simple reboot for whatever reason solved it

When that happens to me - its usually my mysql daemon gone beserk for some reason.

Restarting mysql or a reboot will normally fix the problem for me
