System Recordings - Plug In?

I am trying to listen to the various System Recordings from within FreePBX. When I click on the speaker icon to play the recording, a window pops up called "FreePBX Recording Review", but it says that I am missing a plug-in. Does anyone know what to do to get this plug-in. My modules, including Recordings, are all up to date.

Yep. I never have gotten it to work. And even if it did work, the (well, most of the) sound files are in .GSM format which IIRC will not play nicely on any computer.

Using Firefox, the quicktime plug in works, however the audio is terrible.

Yep because it it in GSM format, as I said above.
