T1 trunk configuration questions

I'm in the process of documenting the new dahdi drivers and how to configure a T1 trunk with them and I've got my head totally messed up. So I need a little clarification with this configuration:

group=0,11 <------- what does this mean?
context=from-pstn
switchtype = national
signalling = pri_net
channel => 1-23
group=0 <------ does this have to match "group=0,11"s 0?
context=incoming

Some clarification

When a PRI interface is configured:

Customer Premise Equipment: pri_cpe is the context = from-pstn?
Network side: pri_net is the context = from-internal?

T1 tutorial online

Came across AsteriskGuru's online tutorial on T1 cards. It is very helpful but doesn't answer my questions.

group=0,11 means trunkgroup 0 uses channel 11 for D channel (control), this is used to define a trunkgroup.

A trunkgroup is a group of trunks combined together to form one trunk. For example, four T1 lines combined together into one trunkgroup using channel 11 as the D channel.

When a PRI interface is configured:

Customer Premise Equipment: pri_cpe is the context = from-pstn?
Network side: pri_net is the context = from-internal?

Both should be from-pstn or from-trunk and if using zaptel, from-zaptel. All will work.

group=0,11 = group 0 and use channel 11 for D channel (control) ,11 is optional and used really for trunkgroups

anything below channel => 1-23 is not included in the channel configuration and can be ignored
