TIPS Temporarily sending all incoming routes to voicemail

Good Day,

I have a customer that has a high call volume. Reception rings for 3 rings, if not picked up they have all other phones ring.

Randomly they will call all users into meetings. So because all phones will ring when in the meeting, they want to be able to put all phones to dnd or right to vm pushing a feature button on the reception phone.

Is this something that is possible?

Not exactly but you could use call flow control to push the calls to another IVR which gives people the ability to dial an extension or leave a message for reception.
 
Use Call Flow Control
point inbound route to CFC
normal flow (green blf) destination = reception phone (ring group, queue, ivr, etc)
overide flow (red blf) = designated vm box
program a button on the reception as a blf with the cfc code
