TIPS testing tools

Hi All,

What is the best testing tool out there for VOIP? we are running into an issues and our telco says everything is fine on their end. we have qos set properly and our bandwidth is about 20% utilized with only voice on the telco providing SIP.

I would like a tool that can simulate calls and provide some info where issues may lie.

Wireshark..... do a search here and elsewhere and you'll see some suggestions.
