The issues with Incredible PBX for Elastix Multi Tenant:

1. due to the mysql root passw0rd not being eLaStIx.2oo7 any yum update to a elastix rpm fails to apply successfully.
2. due to the above, you cannot create or delete an organisation
3. the Kennonsoft menu prevents you from logging in to the user web interface: /index.php?menu=my_extension index.php?menu=home /index.php?menu=contacts

Elastix MT is not a bad product, but I feel the Incredible PBX implementation needs reworking, maybe similar to the Elastix 4 build?
