Just some quick questions regarding TWBC vs Home Residential Service. I have residential service now, but ordered the 2x2 BC.

1. Can I assume that ping times and traceroute will be the same for both services or better on BC?

2. Although the main reason for ordering BC is so that I can run web and mail services (voip is not the prime reason) I'd still like to be able to move voip traffic to BC service as needed. Do I need to be concerned that voip QoS is poor on residential service?

1.) time should be a little better, possibly. as far as the traceroute. that usually is going to be different as it will be connecting to different switches on their end.

2.) i see no reason to think VOIP would be bad in a residential setting with them

Can anyone tell which router is installed by TW for TWBC Service?

I assume there customer configurable settings so I wanted to do some reading.

TW-BC Low MOS Score Issue

I know this thread is old... Sorry

I started having about 8 to 10 seconds of audio drop 3 or 4 times a day. The root of the problem was a bad cable.

However, I install 'PingPlotterPro' on my PC while I was trouble shooting the problem and one noticed one unrelated issue that my MOS Scores were low and Jitter was high.

I assume this is TWBC problem but not sure how I should report it.
