Too many rings before PIAF picks up

I have a SPA-3102 that is connected to my main POTS line.
When someone calls in, it rings 4 times [or more] before it actually rings into my PIAF system.
Is there a way to have PIAF (or the SPA) pick up the call quicker?
(Actually I think it is probably a setting in the SPA3102, because my SIP trunks ring into the PIAF immediately.)
