Touch tone and caller id gain ajustment?

I have 2 issues,
1- calls via CNAM to 800 numbers does not allow TDMF. it worked only once so I assume a gain issue. where can I adjust the tdmf gain?

2- I have an ATA that used to show the caller id number and after an update it stopped. all other phones How can I troubleshoot this? is there a gain adjustment somewhere that could have changed?

Are you talking about toll-free calls through ENUM? If so, some gateways work better than others. Check out this thread (the link goes directly to a post about how to set up a single gateway because some of them are flaky in general):

As for the callerID problem with the ATA, what update did you do? Was it a firmware update on the ATA, or an update of PBXinaFlash?

Thanks for the link. good idea. I will do just that.

As far as the update I found the problem had nothing to do with the updates but with one of the pots phone I had on the line. 1 particular phone would not allow any of the other phones to receive the callerid. unplugged the phone and all worked as design. Go figure... a bad phone I assume.
