Transfered Call Breaks up ---

Hoping someone has seen this --

Have a box that status shows as the following

Last booted about 6 days ago due to a power outage...

User tells me that many of the calls after being transferred have broken and noisy audio to the point that he has to hang up and call back again. Phones are CISCO 7960 sets with P0S3-06-3-00 Flash in them. LAN stats look clean, and they only see the issue on an in house transfer --

Any ideas ??

Issue is that incoming calls are load and clear
