I just set up a new green install and set up a remote extension. The remote extension appears to be connected and registered. But when placing a call to that extension, it goes straight to voice mail. When I try to leave a message, it creates the vm, but with no sound. If I try calling out from the extension, it connects the call, but no audio either direction. My local extensions appear to work just fine with audio in both directions.

Is there a setting somewhere I've missed to allow the audio for remote extensions? Or is it something else?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Is NAT=yes set for the extension? Did you configure your IP addresses in Settings -> SIP Settings?

NAT was set to no on my extensions. I changed this, and my initial tests seem to work. I'll keep testing to verify. In Settings -> SIP Settings, NAT is set to yes, IP Configuration is set to Static, External IP has my external IP, and Local Networks just has my local network where my PBX is located. Do I need to add anything for the Local Networks of my remote locations?

Thanks again for the speedy response.
