NO JOY Travelin' man 4 Unable to execute query

Hey guys just like the title says..
I can add-account and then list it back fine but when I dial 864 and enter the prompted credentials I get past the account number and then after the PIN is entered I get an error
"No matching entry on file. Good bye."..

The CLI shows with my test account number:
ERROR[5892][C-00000012]: func_odbc.c:542 acf_odbc_read: Unable to execute query [SELECT `acctno`, `pin`, `permissions` FROM `Accounts` WHERE `acctno`='12345678']


any ideas?

So umm....it's a no workie?
Oh well.. I was hoping I could use it on my droplet server because I have a few remote sites that could benefit from it.
I guess I'll just keep manually adding and removing accounts...
