QUESTION Travelin Man no call fro outside

Hi,
I'm trying to connect (B) "from-outside" to an extension (A) on my PIAF green...
chan_sip.c: -- Registered SIP '341' at 195.110.156.54:42511 (B)

If I try to call any Internal extension (A) "from-outside" the Android phone (B) stay locked for more or less 30 seconds and disconnects without any sound.
The internal extension (A) does not ring, in the PBX log there is no evidence of a call...
If the Inside extension (A) calls the Outside (B- 341) everything is ok!

As U can see, (B- 341) is Registered. I have a No-IP DDNS account, I add-fqdn (TM3).. Update ipchecker, in crontab every 2 min...

In the router I opened the following ports:
4569
5000-5082
10000-20000

Could this be a problem? (at 195.110.156.54:42511)
