Hello everyone. It's been awhile. I guess that just goes to the quality of PBx In a Flash as it just works.
However, I need some help on a wee problem. We have a sip trunk in one of our offices. Now there dsl line has problems and the provider says it's us not them.. Whole different story. However when the dsl goes down our sip calls out over the sip trunk just sit and sit and sit.
I see there is a timeout setting but I cannot find how to adjust it. Ideally I would like a timeout of about 5 seconds. That if after 5 seconds there is no response from the sip trunk it will fall thru to the next trunk which is a zap trunk.
Hope this makes sense. Can anyone help.
