TweedleD: Twitter/SMS Alerts for Asterisk

TweedleD is the latest Nerd Vittles creation. It provides Twitter Direct Messages and/or SMS cellphone alerts with inbound calls showing the DID as well as the CallerID name and number of the caller.

Some time ago someone on here had a modified version of TweedleD belting out a public twitter message on incoming calls. It would look up the exchange and say something like "Call from City Name, 123-456-7XXX"

I'd appreciate it someone would share how to modify it to do that. Thanks.
