QUESTION UCP shows voicemail quanity in inbox, but no messages

Hey,

When I log into the UCP (I'm using incredible ISO 13.2), my voicemail shows the proper quantity of messages in the mailbox. However the messages themselves can not be seen in any of the folders setup by default for voicemail. Also I have voicemail to e-mail configured, and I do receive an e-mail saying that I have received a voicemail, but the attachment is blank.

I'm not sure how to resolve this issue, please help!
