QUESTION Unable to connect to remote asterisk

upon logging in to a machine I just spun up a few weeks ago for some testing (I havent got to the actual testing yet) the auto update produces the following error.

Machine Specs:
Incredible PBX 13-12.2 for CentOS 6
Asterisk - Incredible GUI 12.0.30


If someone could maybe help push me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
