Uninstalling the fax script

Hi - I have a new install of PBXIAF asterisk v 1.4.21.2 and I installed the fax script here http://nerdvittles.com/index.php?p=237 which broke my system. (I have a Sangoma card a200)

I need to revert back asap as my office phone is down. Calls going in are dead air with no ivr or any sound after the ring.

Is there an easy way to revert?
