NO JOY Unregistered, but registered?

Here's one for those who are way smarter than I am...

I have an extension that the phone thinks is not registered. Xivo shows it as registered. CLI shows it as registered. It can both make and receive calls, yet thinks it is not registered.

What thinkith ye grand pooh bahs? My head has a hole in it from scratchin...

Brand and model of phone ? Old firmware ? Incorrect phone setting ?

Grandstream GXP2200 with the latest firmware, but the weird thing is that I have two accounts on two servers configured. One on a RentPBX PBXIAF implementation and the other on an xivo. It's the xivo server that is doing this. Kinda stumped.
