update-scripts broken?

I just installed PBX-In-A-Flash 1.4 on my MSI Wind machine and am unable to run the update-scripts script. Whenever I do, it takes about 10 seconds between each of the initial screens (where I have to press Enter twice and then Y) and then it immediately dumps be to the command prompt with the message "The file could not be downloaded."

Additionally, I cannot access pbxinaflash.org by browser or by ping. Not sure what website I should find there, but it's giving me a proxy error and a 502 error currently.

Any help?

The problem has been reported in a number of posts in the last day or so, have a search round for the problem and the resolution - assuming of course you can ping other sites!
