Well, it looks like mysql isn't running. See the entry: 090322 15:02:51 mysqld ended

Make sure that mysql is running. You can do this by executing this command:

/etc/init.d/mysqld status

You should see this:

mysqld is stopped

You can restart mysqld by doing this:

/etc/init.d/mysqld restart

Then try it again.

What are you trying to do when this error occurs?

Are you entering users, editing users, deleting users, starting the application?

After almost a year, I went back and looked at that code again. Turns out, I forgot to do an 'include "include.php" '. So, you will have to edit one more file:

/var/www/html/maint/typhonebook/deluser.php

On line 23, change $password to whatever you changed your password to.

This is just a temporary fix, as I have a few other enhancements that have been requested; so I'm planning on having a new version out in the next week or so.

Sorry for the aggravation (and thanks for finding this bug).

Teleyapper 4.0 is installed, but no matter what I do, I can not get the phonebook module to show up under maint so i can activate it.

Any suggestions?

weird - sometime today - it showed up in the modules and now have it working and activated....

It looks like Google is having a problem with an expired SSL certificate...

Try this instead:
wget https://sites.google.com/a/highness.com/www/typhonebook.pbx --no-check-certificate

I just realized I didn't include the --no-check-certificate part. I tried again using that and I am still having the same problem.

OK - it looks like Google isn't going to fix the certificate issue anytime soon, so I've moved the files to one of my other domains and updated the instructions.

Try this link instead:

The server died earlier today and needs to be rebuilt.

Once you download the file, copy the file to your / directory (the root directory, not /root, but /) and do the following:

cd /
tar -zxvf typhonebook.tgz
rm -f typhonebook.tgz
chown asterisk:asterisk /var/www/html/maint/typhonebook

That should get you going. Let me know if you have problems.
